Hemet Man, 51, Walks Into Police Station Confessing To Killing Mother
HEMET (CBSLA.com) — Authorities said a 51-year-old man walked into a Hemet Police Department station on Tuesday and confessed to murdering his mother.
The man, who was not identified, entered the station about 1:26 p.m. and asked to speak to officers.
Authorities later went to the family home in the 500 block of W. Devonshire.
On arrival, officials said they found 77-year-old Dorothea Roberts dead.
Police did not give a cause of death.
