Help Needed To Identify San Bernardino Bank Robbery Suspect

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — Police asked for the public's help Wednesday in capturing a man who robbed a Chase Bank earlier this month.

The robbery happened at Chase Bank at 959 W. Kendall Drive in San Bernardino at about 1:40 p.m. on Aug. 8, San Bernardino police said.

The robber was described as a white man between 40 and 59 years old, about 5-foot-9, between 175 to 180 pounds, blond hair and wrinkled skin on his neck. He wore a black motorcycle helmet, surgical gloves and a black T-shirt that read, "In memory of when I cared."

He was last seen exiting the bank on an older model, burgundy Harley Davidson motorcycle.

It's not known whether the robber was armed or whether he got away with any cash.
