Help Needed To Identify Man Found In Garden Grove Water Channel

GARDEN GROVE (CBSLA.com) — Authorities need the public's help to identify a man whose body was found in a water channel in Garden Grove.

A man was found in a water channel near Magnolia Street and Orangewood Avenue on Dec. 1, according to Garden Grove police and officials from the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department.

The man was described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, wearing LEI jeans with a patterned pocket, and size 9 black Vans sneakers.

Coroner investigators believe the man had been dead for some time.
