Help Needed To Identify Indecent Exposure Suspect In East LA

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The public's help is needed to identify a man who exposed himself at a park in East Los Angeles.

Parks Bureau detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department say the suspect was seen committing lewd behavior while sitting on a bench near the playground at Parque de los Suenos Park, 1333 S. Bonnie Beach Place, on Jan. 29.

The suspect was described as a male Hispanic, between 35 and 40 years old, 5-foot-9, with a medium build and scars on his cheeks. He wore navy blue clothing similar to "Dickies" brand clothing, with a red and white design – possibly a truck or structure with lettering – on the left chest area of the shirt. A larger scale version of the design was printed on the back of the shirt. The suspect also wore a baseball cap with red and white lettering on it.

Anyone with information about the suspect and crime can contact Detective Art Flores at (661) 294-3544 or (562) 254-8488.
