Help Needed To Find Killer Of Man Found Stabbed In Olympic-Area Park

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A 21-year-old man was found stabbed to death at an Olympic-area park, and police need the public's help to find his killer.

Olympic-area patrol officers were called to the 600 block of Lafayette Park Place at about 4:35 a.m. Thursday and found the man suffering from stab wounds. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.

No weapons were recovered and there are no suspects in the killing. Police also say they were not aware of a motive.

Detectives say they hope any motorists or pedestrians who were in the area and might have seen anything suspicious will contact investigators.
