He called upon fans to support the team unconditionally.

Faulk is perhaps best known as a member of the Rams team that won Super Bowl XXXIV. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.

Meanwhile, the festivities in San Francisco's Super Bowl City were well underway on Wednesday evening, as eager Broncos and Panthers fans celebrated their teams' ascendance to football's biggest game.
