Inaugural 'Movie Night Under The Stars' To Show 'Friday The 13th' Screening At Griffith Park

GRIFFITH PARK (CBSLA.com) — The company behind the annual Los Angeles Haunted Hayride and The Great Horror Campout is now bringing a horror movie night to Griffith Park.

The inaugural "Movie Night Under the Stars" will be an outdoor showing of the horror classic "Friday the 13th" on Friday.

The event is the brainchild of TenThirty One Productions. CEO Melissa Cardone says its an immersive experience and movie goers can expect a "little something extra breathing in the woods around them."

Guests are encouraged to arrive early so they can check out festivities and giveaways.

Tickets are $13.
