Grammy-Nominated Singer Sheila E. Discusses Her Book, New Solo Album

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Grammy nominated singer Sheila E. stopped by KCAL9 Wednesday to talk about her book "The Beat of My Own Drum" and her first album in 13 years.

Sheila E. celebrated her 40th year in the music business with the release of her new solo CD "Icon", which was released in June.

A book signing for "The Beat of My Own Drum" will be held at 7 p.m. at Book Soup, 8818 Sunset Blvd.
