Teeki Activewear Offers Yoga Enthusiasts An Eco-Friendly Option

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com)Teeki Founder Lindsay Hemric visited KCAL9 studios Thursday to show off her new line of eco-conscious yoga clothing.

The company takes water bottles and turns them into clothes, giving them purpose again through a environmentally-friendly process.

Teeki supports the active lifestyle and adventures; yoga, gym, workout, surf, sports, dance, flow and constantly moving forward with your body, mind, and spirit.

The company is participating in an annual charity yoga event, the One Love Movement, with proceeds benefiting under-served youth. Yoga enthusiasts are encouraged to come out 12-4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, to practice their moves for a good cause at Waterfront Park in Downtown San Diego, located at 1600 Pacific Highway.
