Six Hospitalized In Metro Bus Crash In Hyde Park

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com/AP) — Authorities say six people were hospitalized with minor injuries Tuesday after a city bus collided with an SUV in the Hyde Park area.

About a dozen people were evaluated following the crash along the 4000 block of West Slauson Avenue, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott.

Shots from Sky9 showed the front of the bus smashed into the rear of the black SUV, which was pushed up onto a sidewalk.

Eight other people are being examined at the scene for possible injuries.
