Founder Of Penny Chic Shares Tips On How To Look Great On A Budget

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Founder of Penny Chic style-guide, Shauna Miller, stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to give viewers tips on how to look like a million bucks without spending a fortune.

Penny Chic showcases high-fashion looks styled with clothing from discount retail chains, modeled by real girls.

Before becoming a budget stylist, Miller worked at Emanuel Ungaro in Paris and wrote fashion reviews for Time Out New York.  She has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, People Style Watch, on Glamour.com, Good Day LA and CNN.
