'Flightfeet' Bootie Kiosks Installed At Bob Hope Airport
BURBANK (CBSLA.com) — Passengers at Bob Hope International Airport won't have to tip-toe through security starting Friday thanks to a new TSA approved "soft shoe".
BLT Innovations has installed two Flightfeet kiosks at the airport, which sell a $3 kit consisting of booties and a clear bag for shoes.
The booties fit a women's size 4 through a man's size 16.
The Flightfeet kits are reusable, washable and recyclable.
Bob Hope Airport is the first airport in the country to test out the new product.
