Chef Neal Fraser of Fritzi Dog stopped by KCAL9 to show viewers how to make unique hot dogs right at home.

  • Eastsider — chicken jalapeño dog with original bun, pico de gallo, avocado sour cream and a cilantro lime dressing
  • Memphis hound dog — porkers dog with original bun, cole slaw BBQ aioli and housemade BBQ chips.
  • Is the Pittsburgh — All pork dog, on an original bun, with cheese, bacon, grilled onions and sweet mustard
