Fire At Ontario Recycling Facility Now Contained

ONTARIO (CBSLA.com) — A fire at a green waste recycling facility in Ontario is now contained, according to the Ontario Fire Department.

Firefighters are slowly making progress because the strong winds that fueled the fire have died.

The blaze started around 9:15 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Grove and Chino avenues.

No one was injured.

Two small sheds and a barn suffered extensive damage.

Fire officials say they plan to have full control of the blaze some time Sunday morning.
