Ducks Scratch Teemu Selanne For Game 4 Against Stars

ANAHEIM (CBSLA) - The Ducks who are up 2-1 0 in the opening series against the Sharks will be out with their veteran Teemu Sleanne for game 3 on Wednesday night.

Selenna told reporters after their morning skate-around that he's a "healthy scratch."

"Of course, I'm disappointed," Selanne told the Orange County Register. "I want to play. I can't really control that right now. That's [coach Bruce Boudreau's] decision. Go from there."

The last time the 43-year-old was scathed from a playoff game was in 2004 when he was with Colorado.

Selanne is on his 23rd season playing in the NHL and has 42 goals and 41 assists in his career during playoffs.
