Downtown Culver City Holds 'Third Wednesdays', A Neighborhood-Wide Happy Hour

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Chef Ben Ford from Ford's Filling Station stopped by KCAL9 Wednesday to tell viewers about "Third Wednesdays" in Culver City.

On the third Wednesday of every month, the restaurants, bars and retail establishments of downtown Culver City band together for a "neighborhood-wide Happy Hour" and offer free samples, discounts and entertainment from 5-9 p.m.

On Jan. 15, Culver City will hold "New Year's Resolution Happy Hour – Keep It or Break It". The idea was that visitors can keep their New Year's resolutions by checking out restaurants that offer health conscious options, or break them by splurging on a decadent dessert or splurging at one of the many unique and top-rated bars.

Ford's Filling Station will offer Happy Hour all night in the bar and beer garden, $3 fish and shrimp tacos, and salted caramel brownie samples.
