Dodgers Re-Call Cuban Infielder Erisbel Arruebarrena from Triple-A
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) - The Los Angeles Dodgers have re-called their Cuban infielder Erisbel Arruebarrena from Triple-A Albuquerque and have optioned infielder Carlos Triunfel down to Triple-A.
This is Arruebarrena's second stint to the majors. He went 4-for-13 (.308) with a double and an RBI in six games during his first call-up with the Dodgers.
The 24-year-old has hit safwly in 17 of his last 18 games for the Isotopes, batting .410.
Arruebarrena is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Rockies.
