Dodgers Lead MLB In Attendance For Fourth Straight Year

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Dodger fans, you are the best... literally.

For the fourth consecutive year, the Dodgers led the MLB in attendance with 3,703,312 total fans coming through Dodger Stadium for the 2016 season.

The St. Louis Cardinals finished in second, with 3,399,875 total fans.

The Dodgers averaged 45,719 fans per game this year, over three thousand higher than the Cardinals average.

Finishing at the bottom of the league was the Tampa Bay Rays -- who brought in just 1,286,163 total fans, an average of 15,784 per game.

The Angels finished in 7th place, bringing in 2,988,059 fans for an average of 37,350 fans per game.
