Dodgers Decline Options On Utley, Peralta & Arroyo

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Dodgers declined the team options on Chase Utley, Joel Peralta, and Bronson Arroyo on Wednesday, making the all three of them unrestricted free agents.
