Detectives Seek 2 Men Accused In Watts Shooting

WATTS (CBSLA.com) — Detectives investigated the circumstances surrounding a shooting Saturday that hospitalized a man in his 30's.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers were sent to the area in front of Lee's Market located in the 1900 block of East 110th Street for report of a shooting.

Once on scene, they located a black man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, and transported him to a hospital for treatment.

His condition is unknown at this time.

Detectives believe two black men, between the ages of 20 to 30-years-old, are accused of shooting the victim, and remain at large.

Officers said the motive for the shooting may be gang related as the area is known to be a popular gang hangout.
