Detectives Release Sketch Of Flasher In Thousand Oaks

THOUSAND OAKS (CBSLA.com) — Detectives released a sketch Tuesday of man they say exposed himself on several occasions in the eastern area of Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village.

According to the Ventura County Sheriff's Office, the indecent exposures occurred in the area of Russell Park and nearby greenbelt areas from Jan. 10 to Saturday.

Deputies said the incidents occurred between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Detectives described the flasher as a Hispanic man, 20 to 30 years old, 5-foot-8, 150 pounds with short, spiked hair.

Officers believe he may be driving a silver compact car.

Residents have been advised to remain vigilant for suspicious activity while visiting parks.
