Deputies Seek Public's Help In Finding Army Veteran Reported Missing In Carson

CARSON (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Sunday asked for the public's help in locating a missing 38-year-old man who has served two tours in Iraq.

Benjamin "Ben" Vogt was last seen in his 1999 dark blue Dodge Durango just before 10 p.m. Saturday in Carson.

Vogt, a Filipino man, is an Army veteran who deputies say appears to be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and depression.

He is 5-foot-6 and weighs 255 pounds. He has brown eyes and short black hair and wears glasses.
