Deputies Seek 3 Men Accused Of Robbing Gas Station In Big Bear City

BIG BEAR CITY (CBSLA.com) — Detectives sought the public's help Thursday to identify three suspects who are accused of breaking into a gas station, and attempting to steal an ATM machine.

According to the Big Bear Sheriff's Station, deputies were sent shortly after 3:30 a.m. to a burglary alarm at a Gas For Less station.

Upon their arrival, deputies noticed the glass door to the business had been smashed in.

Surveillance video determined three male suspects, wearing hooded sweatshirts or jackets, forced entry and made an unsuccessful attempt to steal the ATM machine located inside.

According to deputies, the suspects fled the scene in what appeared to be a white or silver sedan, possibly a Chevrolet Cruze.

Detectives described the suspects to be white adult men that stand between 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 tall, and have medium builds.
