Deputies Searching For Hiker, 24, Believed Missing In Towsley Canyon

SANTA CLARITA (CBSLA.com) — Sheriff's deputies are searching for a 24-year-old hiker who called friends to say he was lost Monday afternoon.

The unidentified hiker reportedly called friends at 4:51 p.m. and said he was lost in Towsley Canyon, according to sheriff's Lieutenant Tom Bryski.

Towsley Canyon is located near the Interstate 5 Freeway at Calgrove Blvd, Bryski said.

No other details were immediately available.
