Deadly shooting closes 110 and 105 Freeway connector

The California Highway Patrol has reopened the southbound 110 Freeway connector to the eastbound I-105 after an investigation into a deadly shooting Thursday night.

Police closed the connector road at roughly 10:40 p.m. after officers received a report of gunfire and found a dead body next to an older model Toyota Corolla.

Authorities are asking drivers to travel with caution.
