Deadly Hit-And-Run Reported In Atwater Village
ATWATER VILLAGE (CBSLA.com) — A fatal hit-and-run accident was reported in Atwater Village Thursday evening.
Stu Mundel, reporting in Sky9, said the body was found on Riverside Boulevard and Fletcher Drive, near the 2 Freeway.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The LAPD is on scene investigating, said Mundel.
Witnesses told police that a white Hyundai hit the victim and fled the area around 10 p.m.
No other details were immediately available.
