Deadly Crash Reported On 210 Freeway In Pasadena
PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say one person was killed in a two-car crash involving a big rig on the Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena.
The crash happened Thursday afternoon on the northbound lanes of the thoroughfare at Lincoln Avenue, according to Sky 9's Stu Mundel.
"You can see that car right there underneath that big rig. That is a fatality," Mundel said, adding that the California Highway Patrol and firefighters from the Pasadena Fire Department have arrived on scene.
"Sadly, there was nothing they could do for that one person inside that vehicle," Mundel said.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
