Playboy Playmate Pleads No Contest In Body Shaming Case

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com/AP) — A Playboy centerfold who snapped a photo of a naked 71-year-old woman in a gym locker room and posted it on social media pleaded no contest to a charge of invasion of privacy Wednesday.

As part of her plea deal, Dani Mathers will perform 30 hours of graffiti removal and be on probation for three years. She reportedly chose community service over serving 45 days in jail.

A judge also ordered the 2015 Playmate of the Year to not take a cell phone into areas where people undress, or record or post images of anyone without their permission.

Mathers was also ordered to stay away from all LA Fitness centers.

The model had been charged with invasion of privacy for posting the photo on Snapchat with a caption saying she couldn't "unsee" the image.
