CSU Fullerton Students To Pay New 'Success Fee' Starting In Fall 2014
FULLERTON (CBSLA.com) — Cal State Fullerton students will be required to pay a student access fee every semester, in addition to tuition, this fall.
The $60 "Student Success Fee" was recently approved by the Chancellor and Student Fee Advisory Committee.
It will pay for technology upgrades, expanded library hours, increased course availability and improvements to athletics facilities.
Under the plan, the fee will grow each year for the next three years, ultimately reaching $181 by the fall semester of 2016.
CSUF is the 11th campus of the 23 CSU schools to initiate such a fee.
