Teen With Diminished Mental Capacity Found In El Monte
EL MONTE (CBSLA.com) — The El Monte Police Department says a missing teenager has been found safe and sound.
Jason Guillen, 19, has the mental capacity of a 3-year-old, his family says.
The teen was last seen Friday morning around 10:15 a.m. at the MTA Station at 3501 Santa Anita Ave. in El Monte.
The El Monte Police Department says the teen was found in good health.
