Panorama City Condo Fire Spreads To Adjacent Building; No Injuries Reported

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) -- Part of a condo went up in flames in Panorama City on Friday afternoon.

Crews were working to extinguish the second-floor fire at the condo building at 8839 N. Cedros Ave. in Panorama City, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department and finally got it out around 4:30 p.m.

About 90 firefighters were assigned to the blaze, which spread to the attic of a neighboring building.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. No injuries have been reported.

The Red Cross Los Angeles team is coordinating emergency aid for those affected by the fire, the organization told CBSLA in a statement.
