Crews Extinguish Fire At Hollywood Tire Shop

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Los Angeles City Fire Department crews have extinguished a blaze at a tire store in Hollywood.

Personnel were called to the 700 block of North Highland Avenue at Waring Avenue about 10 p.m.

It took more than 50 firefighters about 30 minutes to put out the flames. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

The fire was unrelated to the decision by a grand jury Monday not to indict Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of unarmed Michael Brown, 18.
