Crews Extinguish 9-Acre Brush Fire Near Santa Clarita
SANTA CLARITA (CBSLA.com) — Crews contained a nine-acre brush fire Thursday that erupted near Santa Clarita.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the fire erupted shortly before 2 a.m. in the area of Potrero Canyon Road and Highway 126.
No structures were threatened by flames.
Authorities posted a video of their firefighting efforts on Twitter.

The Ventura County Fire Department assisted at the scene.
No injuries were reported.
