Creepy Clowns, Trumps And Clintons Make It A Carnaval In WeHo

WEST HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — From Creepy Clowns and trolls to Donald Trumps and Hillary Clintons, it's the party of the year in West Hollywood.
For 28 years the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval has been one of the biggest Halloween events in the country.
Several blocks of Santa Monica boulevard were blocked for festival.
This year the sheriff's department ramped up security. They say they added 100 more personnel to keep things safe.
And as the troll high fived some deputies, most folks say its clear people just want to have fun.
"It's just incredible to see all the original costumes, everything that's going on," Lila Remba said.
