Correa Breaks Tie In Ninth Inning As Astros Hold Off Angels, 4-2

ANAHEIM (AP) — Carlos Correa snapped a ninth-inning tie with a sacrifice fly, and Will Harris pitched out of a major jam moments later to preserve the Houston Astros' 4-2 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Monday night.

After the Angels loaded the bases with nobody out in the bottom of the ninth, Harris struck out Jett Bandy and snagged Andrelton Simmons' comebacker to start a 1-2-3 double play that ended the game.

The surging Astros have won six straight against the Angels and eight of nine overall.

Mike Trout homered in his third consecutive game for Los Angeles. He had three hits and scored twice.
