Coroner's Office Identifies Long Beach Teen Killed In Hit-And-Run

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Coroner's Office has publicly identified a 17-year-old boy killed in hit-and-run on the 110 Freeway in South Los Angeles Saturday.

Coroner's Investigator Betsy Magdaleno says the victim is Tristin Marquiz Woods, of Long Beach.

Woods was killed in a collision on the southbound lanes north of Manchester Avenue at approximately 5:49 a.m.

Investigators say one person was ejected from the vehicle.

California Highway Patrol officers reported to the scene and say a man was seen fleeing on foot after the crash.
