Corona Seminar Teaches Firefighters Life-Saving Auto-Extrication Techniques

CORONA (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters from all over the nation converged in Corona on Saturday for an annual auto extrication seminar.

They learned the in's and out's of rescuing victims trapped in automobile accidents.

More than 100 vehicles were on hand for firefighters to cut and tear apart with the Jaws of Life, hydraulic cutters, airbags, and other power tools, that will save lives all over the country.

Mercedes-Benz donated vehicles, including some hybrids, for the exercises.
