Cookie Monster & Elmo Discuss Sesame Street's 45th Season

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Cookie Monster and Elmo from Sesame Street stopped by KCAL9 Tuesday to talk about their 45th Anniversary LA trip.

Sesame Street is celebrating 45 years of helping children grow smarter, stronger and kinder with the debut of a new season, which began Monday.

Celebrity appearances will include One Direction, Jonah Hill, Emily Blunt, Pau Gasol, Sir Ian McKellen, Janelle Monae, Macklemore, Ed Sheeran, Lupita Nyong'O, Zach Galifianakis and First Lady Michelle Obama.
