Construction Workers On 91 Freeway Ask Skateboarders To Leave

CORONA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say a group of skateboarders made their way onto a portion of the 91 Freeway.

The California Highway Patrol says it was notified around 4:30 p.m. Sunday that some construction workers had to ask skateboarders to get off the freeway.

The 6-mile stretch of the freeway has been closed between Interstate 15 and the 71 Expressway due to the demolition of a bridge.

Officials report that the freeway is expected to reopen about 4 a.m. Monday.
