CHP Shuts Down SB I-15 Lanes In Ontario Due To Spill

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — California Highway Patrol officers shut down southbound lanes of Interstate 15 in Ontario Friday due to a strong smelling substance spilled on the roadway.

Officers were called to the scene, just north of Jurupa Street, around 2 p.m.

Lanes one and two had been re-opened around 2:20 p.m. The remaining lanes were expected to remain closed for approximately 30 minutes as crews investigated.
