Chef Dakota Weiss Serves Up Sweetfin Poké Dish

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Chef Dakota Weiss joined us on KCAL9 Thursday to serve up a new dish being served at Sweetfin Poké.

Poké is known as Hawaii's soul food, and is a dish that includes fresh, sliced, raw fish that is marinated in sauces and seasonings.

Weiss prepared the Spicy Yuzu Salmon along with Kelp Noodles Signature Bowl on set.

Sweetfin Poké offers both customizable and signature fresh poké bowls, in addition to vegan vegetable and tofu bowls in Santa Monica.
