Chef Christina Arokiasamy Promotes Accessibility Of Malaysian Culinary Products

STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Malaysian Food Ambassador Chef Christina Arokiasamy stopped by KCAL9 Monday to show some of Malaysia's finest culinary heritage.

Malaysia Kitchen USA, a project under The Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation, reports a record increase in exports of Malaysian processed food and beverage products into the United States.

Arokiasamy — a renowned chef, author and spice expert — is spearheading the Malaysia Kitchen Program, working to promote the accessibility and convenience of the country's cuisine and products to U.S. consumers.
