Chaos That Followed Manchester Explosion Caught On Social Media
At least 19 people were killed and about 50 injured in an explosion immediately following an Ariana Grande concert Monday night in Manchester, England.
The explosion occurred at 10:35 p.m. local time, just after the concert had ended at the Manchester Arena, as attendees were filing out. It is being treated as a terrorist incident until police know otherwise, Greater Manchester Police said in a statement.
