Caught On Video: Carson Shelter Dog's Adorable Reaction To Getting Adopted

GARDENA (CBSLA.com) — It's the most wonderful time of year for an 8-month-old dog who was recently adopted from a shelter in Gardena.

On Nov. 23, Benny, a male Pit Bull, was brought to the Carson Animal Care Center, located in the 200 block of Victoria Street.

According to the shelter, Benny instantly captured the hearts of those who greeted him at his kennel, but it took some time before he met his match.

It wasn't until Dec. 10 that Benny's new family decided to make him a permanent addition within their home, just in time for the holidays.
