Caught On Camera: Manhattan Beach Police Search For Home Burglary Suspects

MANHATTAN BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Police have released surveillance footage that they hope will lead to two men who burglarized a home this month in Manhattan Beach.

A home was burglarized around 5:30 p.m. on Feb.7 in the 100 block of The Strand, according to Det. Traci Navarrette of the Manhattan Beach Police Department.

The suspects entered the home through an unlocked door after trying to force their way in at two other entrances.

An external security camera captured two men police suspect are the culprits walking behind the homes on The Strand.

The first suspect was described as Hispanic or black, with a light complexion. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with the logo "Crenshaw Boxing Club" on the front, and was in dark brown shorts. He was carrying what appears to be an umbrella.

The second suspect was described as black, with a dark complexion. He was wearing dark-colored pants, a white or bright-colored hat and bright green shoes. He was carrying a dark-colored backpack.
