Car, Metro Expo Line Train Collide Near Leimert Park
LEIMERT PARK (CBSLA.com) — A car collided with a Metro Expo Line train Sunday evening near Leimert Park.
The accident occurred around 8:45 p.m. near 3150 Exposition Blvd. on the Exposition Line in South Los Angeles.
Kevin Takumi, reporting in Sky9, said the driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No one on the train was injured.
The Sheriff's Department and the LAPD are investigating.
