Car Slams Into Beaumont Home, Sparking Fears Over Natural Gas Line Rupture

BEAUMONT (CBSLA) — Fire officials red-tagged a Beaumont home early Saturday morning after a crash into the residence sparked fears it had ruptured a natural gas line.
Beaumont police responded to the scene at 8th Street around 4:30 a.m.
Police tweeted the 33-year-old motorist was arrested on charges of driving under the influence.
No one was reported hurt.
