California Man Prohibited From Owning Firearms Arrested On Suspicion Of Having Hundreds

FRESNO (CBSLA.com) — A California man who's not allowed to own any firearms stands accused of having more than 500 in his possession.

Authorities say hundreds of firearms were seized Wednesday in Fresno County, ten of which were assault rifles.

He was arrested and released after posting $11,000 bail.

According to the Fresno Bee, he had not yet been charged with a crime as of Wednesday night.

Back in July, in an unrelated case, Los Angeles police investigating the death of a man had located 1,200 handguns inside a town-home in Pacific Palisades.
