Burned Body Recovered From Thousand Oaks Home

THOUSAND OAKS (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters have recovered a burned body behind a Thousand Oaks home, it was reported Friday.

The discovery was made by firefighters who responded to the home in the 3100 block of Foothill Drive just after 1:30 p.m. following a report of a fire.

Upon arriving on scene, firefighters located the body.

Authorities subsequently confirmed that the unidentified person had died as a result of a suicide.
