Burglars Steal $100K In iPhones, Computers From Garden Grove Store

GARDEN GROVE (CBSLA.com) — Thieves Tuesday stole approximately $100,000 worth of cellphones, computers and tablets from a Garden Grove store, police said.

The break-in happened around 2:20 a.m. at Oztek Wireless in the 10700 block of Westminster Boulevard in Garden Grove.

The store's security camera captured the suspects shattering the glass and using bolt cutters to cut through the metal gate.

The business' owner got a call from ADT Security about the burglary and was then able to watch the break-in live on a surveillance app from his cellphone.

The suspect, who were wearing masks and gloves at the time of the crime, fled the store out a rear door. No description was released.

Anyone with information should contact Garden Grove police at (714) 741-5704.
